OK, so I loved "Hi Friend" when I posted it a couple of months back. But if I'm going to be honest, I'm the sort of guy that's secretly quite fond of Britney Spears (at least it was secret until this damn blog stuff got going). My pop sensibilities were not satisfied by one of the best electronic tracks of the year. You can imagine how excited I was when one of my friends let me know there was a version of the song floating around somewhere between the "Blogosphere" and beatport.com with a vocal laid over the top by MC Flipside. (OK, so MC Flipside sounds like the sort of filth that Burberry ridden chavs blurt out of their stolen mobile phones, but he is actually very good)
This is the definitive version of the song; "Hi Friend" is finally complete.
